If no results* are seen after using Dr Grewal for the defined eligibility period then you can apply for a refund as per steps below. Please note the number of months for refund is based on your health profile and is not 3 months for all users.
*Results can be defined as hair regrowth, increase in hair volume, reduction of hair fall or reduction of dandruff depending on your initial hair fall stage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Purchased complete recommended kits from Dr Grewal website or app
- Purchased the right number of kits in the right time period for e.g if your eligibility period is 3 months, usage of 3 complete kits should happen in a duration of 6 months. This tells us that you have been a regular customer.
- Submitted at least 3-4 clear, unshaved scalp images spread across the duration of dr grewal regimen.
- Completed at least 3 calls with the Dr Grewal Hair Coach spread across the duration of dr grewal regimen.
- Raised money back request within 30 days of placing purchasing the last kit (as per Dr Grewal treatment plan)
- For female customers, the money-back policy is applicable only for those who have been diagnosed with ‘medium widening’ or ‘advanced widening’ as their hair loss stage, and have uploaded a minimum of 3 scalp images over the course of their Dr Grewal treatment.

How does the refund process work?
- Once your request is raised, we will check for all eligibility conditions listed above
- If eligibility conditions are met, we will assign an unbiased and qualified dermatologist who will assess your case and take the final decision
- The decision will be taken only after you have a call with the assigned dermatologist
The decision taken by the dermatologist will be final.
Please note that the policy applies only to results seen from the start of the Dr Grewal Regimen up to the eligibility period. It does not cover future results or deterioration beyond that period. For example, if your eligibility period is 3 months, the money-back guarantee is only valid for results seen within those 3 months of treatment.
